The new Marina project in Morocco, developed by One Works, was designed for a tender aimed at developing a luxury resort integrated with an exclusive yachting marina.

The masterplan envisions a comprehensive waterfront redevelopment, featuring a yachting marina, an expansive food and retail district, public spaces enhanced with plazas and dynamic fountains, and a pedestrian and cycling bridge connecting the two sides of the riverfront.
DEAL contributed to the project’s visual presentation by producing six renderings, capturing the quality of public spaces, and the seamless integration of architecture with the surrounding landscape.
