The retrofit concept balances the need to preserve the building's historical identity with the requirement for contemporary refunctionalization. Traditional visualizations document the material and compositional aspects of the intervention, while virtual reality allows moving freely through the proposed spaces, evaluating spatial relationships and proportions in a direct and intuitive way.

360° spherical views complete the approach, offering immersive documentation that captures every architectural detail and enables a comprehensive understanding of the design concept.

This integrated approach—combining traditional renderings, VR, and 360° visualizations—transforms a feasibility study from a technical document into an explorable experience, facilitating the decision-making process and communication with all stakeholders involved in heritage preservation.
