For the redevelopment of Mangia’s Pollina Resort, DEAL carried out an advanced Laser Scanner survey and 3D restitution, aimed at creating a detailed BIM model of the entire complex.

The project involved the acquisition of high-resolution data, covering both interior and exterior spaces, using a systematic approach with state-of-the-art laser scanners (BLK360 and RTC360). The survey generated a georeferenced point cloud, with over 4.5 billion points, providing an extremely precise basis for the subsequent digital modeling process.

In addition to BIM modeling, DEAL developed photorealistic views of the point cloud, detailed site plans, and an interactive virtual tour, offering a clear and navigable representation of the entire resort. The accuracy of the acquired data supports future design and management phases, ensuring a high level of detail and reliability.
