DEAL provided consulting for the transformation and redevelopment of an industrial building into office spaces, developing a comprehensive BIM model for the integration of MEP systems.
Commissioned by Ferrero, the project required careful planning to ensure maximum energy efficiency and functionality. The use of BIM modeling allowed for optimized system design, ensuring a high level of coordination between the various disciplines involved.
