The survey of the Mazara del Vallo Port Canal, commissioned by One Works, covered the entire eastern waterfront, aiming to provide a detailed data set for the executive design phase of the area’s redevelopment.
DEAL conducted the survey using laser scanning, drones, and GPS, acquiring a georeferenced point cloud, essential for the future BIM modeling of the entire waterfront, including the historic fish market.
In addition to the survey, renderings and photoinsertions were created to visualize One Works’ project within its urban and landscape context.
This initial phase provided a precise and structured database, supporting both planning and the subsequent executive design phase.
