One Works’ urban regeneration project for Mykolaiv is part of a broader masterplan aimed at fostering the city’s economic and social recovery by repurposing disused industrial areas and establishing new hubs for innovation.
DEAL contributed to the visualization of this vision by producing four large-scale images for the masterplan and a street-level view, providing a clear representation of the intervention and its integration into the urban fabric. The visualizations highlight the transformation of the waterfront and the adaptive reuse of existing spaces into a dynamic new district combining residential areas, commercial spaces, and research centers.
The project required a careful interpretation of urban planning strategies, with a strong emphasis on architectural and landscape quality.
