Casa MC in Palermo is a project where DEAL managed the entire design process, from the preliminary phase to the final realization—specifically, from the laser scanner survey to detailed design, and from interior design to visual consulting for the selection of furnishings and materials.
A key feature of the project was the dynamic communication approach with the client, incorporating real-time updated renderings to assess furniture placement before purchase, providing a highly detailed and tailored visual consultancy. Every decision was supported by comparative presentations, including material and cost analysis, ensuring a precise alignment with the client’s requirements.
To further enhance the immersive design experience, a Virtual Tour was created during the construction phase, allowing the client to view the project’s progress in VR directly on-site, anticipating the spatial perception of the completed environment.
