The project challenge involved the conversion of a 19th-century Gothic church into a modern space for the Burlington School of English, located in Balham, one of London’s most charming residential areas, renowned for its cafés, parks, and gardens.

The intervention introduced concrete and steel into the interior, creating a striking contrast with the original Gothic architecture and highlighting the interplay between historic preservation and contemporary design. DEAL was responsible for producing high-quality renders for the project's visual communication, ensuring a compelling representation of the transformation.
